Refer your Friends!

The following terms and conditions govern the skinade® “Refer a Friend” promotion. Please read these terms carefully:

The Promotion

Anyone in the world aged 18 and over can participate in the Promotion (excluding the USA and destinations that https://skinade.com does not ship to).
To become a referrer (“Referrer/s”), you must register at this link: https://skinade.com/pages/refer-your-friends Once registered, you’ll receive a link which can be shared with friends and family (“Friends”) who aren’t yet customers at https://skinade.com and who are happy to be referred by you. This link is valid for 30 days, and you will need to reapply for a personal “Refer a Friend” link after this period has elapsed.
Friends must use the referral link that you share with them to make their first order.
Once the friend has successfully made a Qualifying Purchase, a confirmation email to both the referrer and the friend will be sent out.
Our team will then validate your friend’s purchase, and once approved, an email will be sent to both the referrer and the friend with the applicable discount code. Validation is estimated to take two working days, but can take longer.
For every friend you refer (who places a Qualifying Purchase on https://skinade.com and passes the validation process), both you and your friend will each receive a discount code for the stated promotion amount.
This discount code may not be shared on discount voucher sharing websites. Users suspected of doing so may be suspended from taking part in the promotion.

In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of the promotion, skinade® reserves the right to end or suspend the promotion at any time and without notice; and/or amend these terms and conditions. Reasons for termination include but are not limited to, referee and user orders both going to the same address, re-using the same contact details, and users suspected of creating multiple accounts.
Users who are suspected to have abused or breached these terms and conditions will be banned from further participation in the promotion.
Users’ personal data will be collected, stored, and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing the “Refer a Friend” promotion. skinade® will meet with all requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018. Qualifying Purchases

A ‘qualifying purchase’ is the purchase of a product on https://skinade.com by a first-time customer to the website.
The Promotion isn’t valid at any third-party websites or third-party sellers of skinade® products, including physical stores, and is not valid on the USA skinade® website.
The validation process requires the referred friend to have successfully completed their order, and will be withdrawn in the event the purchase is cancelled or refunded.
The Promotion is applicable only to the following products: skinade® - better skin from within, Targeted Solutions Cellulite, Targeted Solutions Clear, skinade|MD® Pre + Post Care Programme.

The skinade® “Refer a Friend” promotion is being operated by Bottled Science Ltd having its registered office at Unit 5 Drummond Place, St Margarets Business Park, St Margarets, TW1 1JN England (the 'Company').
